PTA Secretary Jill Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:55 am. She discussed changes to the budget, per Treasurers Nicole Crochet and Nancy Butler.


Susanna Carey moved to make the following changes to the budget:

– Change budget format to include income and receipts (vs. just showing net) in order to    increase transparency.

– Using additional funds generated by the Fall Appeal, increase Teacher Mini-Grants to    include:

– Rug for Second Grade/Cashwell – $270

– Test Purchase for Anna Tush, School Psychologist – $1,336.50

– Add a new budget line item: PTA Web Page (domain registration and Digital PTO          plan) –             $349.99 + $9.17


Michelle Brayman seconded the motion. All were in favor; none opposed.



The meeting was adjourned at 8:59 am.

The next meeting will take place on January 12, 2015, 7:00 – 8:00 pm in the Multipurpose Room in the Library.
